We are a small, family run business servicing primarily Berrien County and the Michiana area. What began initially as maintaining properties of family,friends and businesses soon began to grow. Word of mouth quickly spread that we were doing very complex and technically difficult projects that few had the specialized equipment to safely attempt. As a result we decided to expand beyond family and personal business and offer our services to the community.
Sam and Dave each bring complementary skill sets, work ethics, and the understanding that they always treat each project as if it was their own. Sam, with an engineering degree and general contractors license, and Dave, a practicing general dentist, have been told that they are particularly adept at problem solving and both bring a unique perspective to each job that they tackle .
No job is too big, no job is too small, but each job is important and done to the best and highest standards possible.
