We are a small, family run business servicing primarily Berrien County and the Michiana area. What began initially as maintaining properties of family,friends and businesses soon began to grow. Word of mouth quickly spread that we were doing very complex and technically difficult projects that few had the specialized equipment to safely attempt. As a result we decided to expand beyond family and personal business and offer our services to the community.
Sam brings a unique skillset to this field. With a degree in engineering and also a licensed general contractor, he is adept at problem solving and bringing a unique perspective to each job he tackles. No job is too big, no job is too small, but each job is important and done to the best and highest standards possible.
